Free Social Media Content Planner- How to use Google Sheets for Scheduling

There are many social media content planners out there. Scroll through Etsy, & you'll find thousands, even some of my own! Those are all valuable, aesthetic & you support small business going that route. Another route is using Google Sheets. They offer pre-made templates & their schedule template works great for planning out & keeping track of your social media content. If you really want to get serious about growing your social media, consider this free option.

You can find the Schedule spreadsheet in the template gallery, found above. From here, feel free to customize! Although you do not get full creative freedom, you do get a great free content planner.

What I love about this spreadsheet is it comes labeled with times & days of the week. You can input the current date & the sheet will automatically update with the correct days of the week! The template will let you know where this is as well. There is even a handy notes & to do section that I use every day for planning out blog ideas & posts.

Here is a look at what I have set up

You can see that without keeping a planner, I would not know what to do next. I strongly recommend starting a schedule for your social media posts, if you have not already. Not only do they help keep you organized, but they can aid in growing your social medias. It is a simple (& fun) way to keep yourself motivated & see your week from start to finish. Add to your calendar as you grow your small business & plan out your next steps!

I hope some find this blog helpful & don't forget to check it out for yourself! Google Sheets
